Pixel Dune is a software studio in Abu Dhabi. We build small tools for companies in the UAE, each one around a single process that currently eats someone’s day: answering customer enquiries, tracking expiring documents, issuing quotes and tax invoices.

WhatsApp consultant
Customers write at night and at weekends, and by the time someone replies they have asked a competitor.
An assistant on the company's own WhatsApp number answers with its real services and prices in seconds, and passes each enquiry to the owner with a name, a contact and what the customer wants.

One list of every document with its expiry date, sorted by risk, with reminders sent before each deadline.

Quotes live in Word, invoices in Excel, and a tax invoice missing one FTA field has to be reissued.
Quotes and tax invoices with TRN and 5% VAT built in; an accepted quote becomes an invoice in one step, and the customer gets a link instead of a PDF.

Who builds it
Pixel Dune is run by Aleksandr Basaev. Before starting the company he spent eleven years in game development, most of them at Social Quantum, on titles played by millions of people every day.
